The Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association (GVHBA)'s Open House: a Showcase of New Homes is now a year-round online event.  New-home enthusiasts can now get information and photos on the latest new homes being constructed in Metro Vancouver by GVHBA-member builders 24/7!   

Homes on this event page may include single-family detached, townhomes, low- and high-rise condomimums, as well as custom-designed homes.  Prices ranges of these projects will also vary.  GVHBA invites you to view the links below to see a selection of home built by some of the region’s most prominent builders.  Many of the new-home projects have showhomes and presentation centres you can tour, so check out their websites to find the address and hours of operation.

Features may include sumptuous and spacious kitchens, lavish spa-like bathrooms, designer colours, vaulted ceilings, resort-style amenity facilities and a wealth of other creature comforts.
