Home Shows

Here you will find details about the two major Home Shows held in the Lower Mainland. The BC Home + Garden Show is held in February and provides you an opportunity to tour a feature home and also visit the GVHBA Renovation Gallery. At the Vancouver Home + Design Show, which is held in October, you can view a large gallery of renovation projects and get free renovation advice at our Ask-A-Pro feature display.

BC Home and Garden Show

The BC Home + Garden Show is held at BC Place Stadium located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver.  This show gives you access to 425+ companies offering new products and building technologies.

Each year, the BC Home + Garden Show showcases a unique feature home that incorporates new building materials, construction techniques and trend-setting interior design.  In the past, GVHBA has worked with the BC Home + Garden Show to feature an impressive log home, an insulated concrete form (ICF) single-family house, the Ultimate Doghouse and a cozy lakeside cottage. The dream homes are always popular with the 60,000 + consumers that visit the show. 

Looking for renovation advice?  GVHBA features the Renovation Gallery, a 1,000-square-foot exhibit featuring before-and-after photos of professionally renovated projects, as well as free consultations with RenoMark renovators, designers, subtrades and suppliers.

Vancouver Home and Interior Design Show

The Vancouver Home + Design Show provides you the opportunity to view new home and renovation products and services from moir325+ companies. It is held every year in October at BC Place Stadium in Downtown Vancouver.

A popular exhibit at this show is the GVHBA Renovation Gallery. GVHBA Renovation Council members showcase a wide range of before-and-after presentations of their professionally completed renovation projects. Free Ask-A-Pro consultations are also offered.
