First-Time Home Buyer Seminar
Most first-time buyers need help to de-mystify the buying process and this seminar is designed to help them answer some important questions.
- What location is best?
- What type of home is best matched to needs?
- What mortgage type and term to choose?
- What are the legal considerations?
- What are the benefits of builder licensing, warranties and homeowner protection?
The First-Time Home Buyer Seminar is a popular annual event held during New Homes Month in April. It offers first-time buyers a wealth of information in one place. If you are a first-time buyer this free seminar will help you do your homework before you take that important first step into homeownership.
Tabletop displays are also set up so you can speak to GVHBA-member new home builders and companies that offer products and services for your new home.
