If you are a first-time buyer this free seminar will help you do your homework before you take that important first step into homeownership.

GVHBA Parade of New Homes
Once or twice a year the GVHBA invites the public to tour twenty or more professionally built homes in the Lower Mainland. In April and October, the GVHBA Parade of New Homes will once again showcase leading-edge design, techniques and products. Professional builders, many of them award winners, were on site to discuss their craftsmanship and offer expert advice.
BC Home and Garden Show
Every February, the five-day BC Home and Garden Show is held at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver. It provides consumers with opportunities to view new products for your home and garden.
